We also offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for most products, with the exception of 1-month subscriptions and Minutes Pack purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Guidelines
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate order(s).
Unresolved Technical Issues If a technical problem occurs and our team is unable to resolve it within 30 days of your report, you will be eligible for a refund.
Unwanted Auto-Renewal Charges resulting from auto-renewal may be refunded if the request is made within 7 days of renewal, excluding monthly subscription plans.
Please note: We will email you 7 days before your subscription is set to auto-renew to confirm if you want to continue. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us via email. After canceling the auto-renewal, you will still have full access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Requests That Are Not Accepted
Refunds will not be granted for the reasons listed below:
General Statements Refund requests based on non-specific feedback or general dissatisfaction — such as "It's not what I expected," "It didn't work as I thought," "I purchased it by mistake," "I bought it accidentally," or "I can't use this" — do not qualify. If you need help using the product, please contact our Support Team at support@clumi.ai.
Change of Mind Requests made solely due to a change of mind after accessing the product (for example, "I changed my mind," "I don't need it anymore," or "It's not what I'm looking for") are not eligible for a refund.
Minutes Pack Purchases Minutes Packs are delivered instantly upon purchase and can be used at any time. For this reason, all Minutes Pack purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a Minutes Pack is credited to your account, it cannot be refunded.
Minutes Pack Usage Minutes are automatically deducted based on the length of the uploaded file once processing begins. If any portion of the Minutes Pack has been used, the purchase is generally not eligible for a refund. In special circumstances, a partial refund may be considered based on the remaining unused minutes.
How to Request a Refund
If your purchase meets the refund criteria outlined above, please email your request to support@clumi.ai. Our support team will respond within 24 hours. When submitting your request, be sure to include your order number, email address, and any relevant details or examples. Screenshots are welcome and may help speed up the review process.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 1–3 business days, though some payment providers may take up to 7 days to complete the transaction.
